Kate E. Deeming

Deeming Dreaming was the creative endeavor of Philly born, Glasgow based artist Kate E. Deeming.  With over 30 years of experience, Kate's practice embraced dance, film, theatre, and cake to awaken personal and shared spaces. Her work took participants on a journey of discovery that translated into a more vibrant and connected view of the world and self.   Kate E. Deeming has ended her performance career but continues to write on Substack, where she reflects on the challenges of our time, in particular the need to celebrate and preserve childhood.  She is also now the Parent and Supporters Coordinator for the Scottish Union for Education.  She has also has a podcast The Pink Elephant.
